No. Plans are month-to-month with a short notice period — stay because it’s worth it, not because you’re locked in. You can change levels as your needs change.
Monitoring alerts us, and we act based on your plan’s response time — same-day on Growth, and as fast as possible with a dedicated contact on Priority. Regular backups mean we can restore quickly if needed.
